I think if two stick on it shouldn't double the drain...that's too powerful an effect for what is random chance. Also I'm not sure what your supposed to do sometimes - run over to the other square and your previous one gets tagged again.
It seems like a good premise to work on though, that's for sure.
Oh, and if you want to check out my game 'story gauntlet' thanks!
