The rotating platforms have been fixed and will be in the next update. I do not know what yo mean about not being able to jump and move. You can do that, the only reason you may not is on certain declines, because you do fall for a bit, but this is a very rare occasion.

its a very nice idea and the game looked really bright and visually happy. However I found the controls quite clumsy, particularly with only be able to jump when standing still. Also on the rotating blocks the monkey won't stand upright and will fall of for no reason resulting in instant death on spikes

If you have not played this most recent version of the game, I would suggest trying it. All major bugs are gone, and the experience is greater than ever.
