Just change the floor texture to fix that floor error just stretch it to either 512 x 512 or 256 x 256 or if it is small 128 x 128 or 64 x64 32 x32 or the biggest 1024 x 768 it will fix it

It wasn't bad... i mean your ok at doin the "cut scene" type stuff that supposed to scare you but
a. You are using the "draw floor" code from the FPS tutorial still which sometimes draws with black spaces in between so that look bad
b. Your walls are paper thing, no depth
c. Your controls are bad, (you didn't change them)
d. You need a few better graphics

but other then that your pretty good with it....
