@Xander, I wasn't trying to offend your gamemaking skills, and I'm glad you saw my comment as what it was: honest criticism. I do think this game is getting a lot more credit than it deserves (and it does deserve a good amount of credit), perhaps because it resembles halo. I wish you luck in future projects, and hope that you learn from what you have made here to make better games in the future.

But yeah, it isnt perfect.. not at all - but hey, Im no Gamemaker god... I try to make games with the knowledge I have, and try to do it as good as I can anyway... But thanks for a honest comment nontheless :)

I honestly dont get what people see in this game. First of all, the controls are pretty clunky, haven't managed to move diagonally. The combat is pretty unengaging, your character is painfully slow as are the bullets that you fire. The health doesn't display half of the time and the aliens are somehow able to shoot through some barriers and at ridiculous angles. Also, would it be that hard to make the enemies be able to face you when you're behind them?
