Description:
v.1.00
Using this generator you can easily make space backgrounds. You can automatically generate them, or you can manually make them.
GAME MENU:
Choose your screen resolution or a smaller one.
If you are not going to use The Tool and use The Generator instead, you can choose any resolution.
AFTER A RESOLUTION IS CHOSEN:
First the game ask you to pick a color of the space clouds(nebula).
The second color is for the color of the star's glow.
The third one is for the color of space. NOTE: The color of the shadow is always black.
At the end it asks you if you are going to use the tool or not.
NOT USING THE TOOL:
If you choose not to use the tool the game will ask for star concentration. The bigger the number the more the stars.
USING THE TOOL:
If you choose to use it, you can paint your own space the way you want it to look like.
The numbers (NOT on the numpad) are equal to these tools:
1 = tiny concentration of stars.
2 = small concentration of stars.
3 = medium concentration of stars.
4 = large concentration of stars.
5 = extreme concentration of stars.
6 = shadows. Makes stars have less glow. If too much will make the star disappear.
7 = clouds (nebula)
8 = small big star
9 = medium big star
0 = large big star
q (i run out of numbers) = giant big star
When you choose a tool, press the left mouse button to use it. When you are using the clouds or shadow tool, you can hold the mouse button.
When you are using one of the concentration of stars tool and you don't want to make automatically generated concentrations, press the right mouse button.
These are other keys for other tools:
c = change colors of the space clouds ; star's glow ; space its self. Using this tool you can make different colored star concentrations.
if you don't want to change a color, simple press OK, it will stay the same it was, if you didn't chose another color.
OTHER CONTROL KEYS:
Ctrl = restarts the game with the same resolution you already chose(you don't have to choose it again).
Alt = asks for a new resolution (you will lose your current progress)
Space = clears the room and doesn't asks for anything. If you are NOT using The Tool, it will automatically generate a new space texture.
Enter = asks for a name of the space texture and a save destination.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: Sometimes it doesn't save in some folders(like the desktop), but so far it always saves on the main drive "C://".
Before saving anywhere else, make a save in "C://" then try the new destination and if it works, you can now save it directly there.
I'm sorry for this bug, but i don't know what causes it.
Have fun!
