      Version 12 Notes:
      -Fixed literally every bug except for one with motherbases in Skirmish
      -Made the menu drones do damage to each other and actually have a battle; they are actually interesting to watch now.
      -Changed colors of shop
      -Added intro music to the splash screen, changed the behavior of it.
      -Changed the Fleet Commander logo.

      Updated to Version 11.9.1.

      Version 11.9.1 Notes:
      -Major Bugfix
      -Added shrinking and dynamic shields/hp and shield bars
      -Moved all step events into alarms so the game runs quicker
      -General performance tweaks
      -Changed mouse from 3 objects to a gif image
