Iji Review

Pros: easy to use interface
Cons: too much story, no music, can't resize window, easy, can't jump and shoot, doesn't teach you the controls propperly, sounds like a loony toons cartoon, can't skip the story, awkward and dull graphics
Zzzzz...
To cut to the chase, boring and forgettable. Good points, loads quickly (not that many games on the site take forever to load) and the interface. It's easy to jump in and play with little difficulty from it. However the game doesn't do a good job explaining things. After the long and silent cutsceen, I really just wanted to start playing as soon as I could, which meant I skipped all the text including any dialoged from the characters which is how it explains most things. This is not much a problem because the controls are mostly pretty simple. The big problem comes from the gameplay it self. You can't jump and shoot at the same time or at least with the shot gun which is your first weapon. Going into it I really wasn't expecting that so that led to a few unnecessary hits here and there. So why start you off with the most limiting weapon? It doesn't matter if you do get hit a few times cause the game is WAAAY easy. Even on the highest difficulty that is unlocked in the beginning, it's not a problem. This means there is no since of danger which is what the plot requires. The plots not very interesting anyways. thanks to that silent, boring intro. A bit of music would really help to set the mood or at least any music in this game would help. After 10 minuets quickly tried to press F4 so I could play some tunes but F4 doesn't resize the window? Why? All you'll hear is the ridicules voice clips and the sloppy sound effects. All and all a miserable experience. So enough of it, I don’t have time for this.

If you were going for trolling, I commend you on a well-done performance.

"Too much story"
Never heard anyone say that about a game before.
"No music"
Um...
"Can't jump and shoot"
Probably the only point I agree with; it's mildly annoying, but it's easy to get used to.
"Doesn't teach you the controls properly"
Define "properly." It's as 'proper' as it can be from where I'm sitting.
"Can't skip story."
Well, yes, you can. The first dialogue box you see tells you to press the down arrow to progress through text, and the escape key to skip dialogue or cutscenes.

Is it me or does this guy seem to just enjoy bashing every featured game on Yoyo? What a troll.

this review is terrible.
"no music"
there is music all through the game
"can't resize window"
you resize at the start, fullscreen or windowed.
"doesn't teach you the controls properly"
if you read the instructions telling you the controls, you would understand. you said it yourself, "This is not much a problem because the controls are mostly pretty simple"
"can't skip the story" besides, i played your "pat on the back" castle of mabness, it didn't give you any idea of the controls.
