I did a recent update, changing some of the code around, as well as converting it over to Game Maker 8 (as opposed to GM7). There's also a best time displayed on the main menu. Hopefully, with being changed over to GM8, it works a little smoother. I won't be making too many changes to this since I'm working on other things.

I like this game a lot! Nice lighting effects and character animation. A downside is that it really lags on my computer. Perhaps you could have (and still can, after the winners of the competition are made public) optimize your code a little more.
