Do you dare walk to the fridge?

Hello and welcome to my review of the Arcade styled game "A Walk to the Fridge".

The game is about a peron whose name your not told needs to get to the fridge, but there are many obstacles along the way such as ghost, spikes and thing falling from the celling. Your goal is to come as long as possible as you gain points as time passes by, but it also gets harder the longer you survive. This concept seems and is simple enough, but if you really want to get a highscore you also got to think. Because everytime you play the pattern is the same and so you have to learn what is comming before it actually comes. If not, then you are almost guaranteed dead unless you are an ex ninja or something of the sort. This give some more depth to the allready excellent and addicting gameplay.

Another strong feature of the game is the atmosphere. It is set in what looks like a twisted mansion and in addition to the ghost and traps there are paintings on the wall which just screams of insanity. And so the graphics is just as good of an atmosphere maker as it is nicely sprited. The music also helps the graphics along the way of creating a humorus, but still insane atmosphere which just fits the game perfectly. It is also just as well composed as the graphics are sprited.

The online highscore system is not something to forget either as it is what really enchants the replay value of the game. The constant need for being number 1 should appeal greatly to all competetive players out there. Atleast it does in my case. Unfortanetly the amount of players for this game is not very high and so the competition is rather weak, but that will hopefully change as the game gets more publicity.

All in all there is not much to critize the game for as it contains everything a good game should contain and more. Good graphics, interface, soundtrack and gameplay makes sure that "A Walk to the Fridge" is a game all on YoYoGames should try atleast once.
