Short, but still quite fun

You know, when you want to make a game and don't know what type of game to make, just make a shooter. It is like the most basic game in the world to make. Just and a bunch of things that resemble spaceships and make them blast the hell out of each other. This has to be the most used genre on earth, yet they are still addictive to play. Why, because of the simplicity.
This game is no different. From the author's description, it was an experiment to see what game maker pro could do for him. And the best way to test it was to make a shooter. The gameplay is simple and addictive. just use the mouse to control your direction and shoot while you use W &S to accelerate and decelerate. The enemey AI is pretty decent at best, Following and shooting you as you go. I notice that the machine gun damage is negligible so use the right mouse button to shoot homing missile. Apart from the fact that there is no story or point to the game, my biggest problem with it is that there is no peek velocity of the player.He can basically accelerate to infinity while shooting.
Still, it is a fun game to play.
