This kind of reminds me of the nintendo ds game called "Contact",if you want to know more about that game,you can check it out here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Contact_(video_game) (and you might even HAVE the game already!) im not a big Zelda Fan,but this game is good,good job.
