      Ye its the mouse look system. It checks how far the mouse have moved since last step and converts it to rotating the 3d view. then it resets the mouse to the origin and it all repeats. Now if you put it fullscreen(zoom it in) you are constantly moving the mouse a far distance from the programmed origin making the view spin like crazy.
