Thin Ice 3: Revised Review

Pros: Some of the graphics are kind of good
Cons: Graphics don't fit with each other I had to go to the doctor because the music caused my ears to bleed Music doesn't fit with the game The overlapping of tiles makes it harder to play...(in a bad way) You have to commit suicide a LOT You have to pres
No offense, but...
Graphics aren't that good. Some are kind of 3-D, some are 2-D. It's like putting newspaper comics, 3-D computer generated models, and Picasso works into a single art piece. Also, the way some things stuck out as 3-D or overlapping made gameplay difficult. For the sounds, well, there aren't any sounds. There is music, but it sounded like and electric guitar and violin collab. The chords were off or something. One instrument played a half-step higher then the other or something. Maybe if you changed the instruments to some soft strings it might sound good. Even then, it didn't fit the winter theme at all. The story was non existent. In fact, I might of given it negative points if we were allowed. It was the equivalent of playing a game where you're a cat collecting trophy's and avoiding water-dwelling sheep in a frozen underground lab. It made no sense. A snowman, melting (it looked like melting) ice that it walked on, committing suicide if you got trapped (jumping off the edge). First off, why would a snowman melt ice it walked on, it's frozen too. And why would you have to kill yourself to start over? And why is a snowman there doing that in the first place? After reading the level briefings, it looked like so random to be believable. Mr.Snowsmith...hmm. Job is melting ice...hmm. I didn't bother getting to the later levels. Especially since you have to beat the previous. About the interface. Some of the buttons were kind of cool. The default fonts and stuff canceled it out though. About gameplay, the arrow key movement became repetitive. A lot. Maybe if you could hold it down or something...? The having to commit suicide thing was annoying to. And having to click enter every time you lost. Overall, not my favorite game, not much better then my least favorite games. It wasn't that good.

Hello, gamemakersam! What do you mean by "Doctors???"
Please clarify.
Also, I have a feeling this reviewer is quite biased towards Winter Puzzles. Why? Because he has only pointed out the bad parts of my game and has only pointed out the good parts of Winter Puzzles.
Please, keep it clean, I worked too hard on this game to be flamed.

I am guessing by your honest review that people are having mixed feelings about my game :/ I didn't think it was that bad, the graphics I worked hard on and I thought they were nicely styled.... thanks for the review though!
You said "default fonts," Nope, the fonts are not default, they are Arial, not the ones that come with GM. Arial looks good though, you don't need some fancy, hard to read font to have a good interface, yet it needs to be responsive and organized, which is what I did.
