Press f4 to save game, but only save slot 3 works. And dont click load game in main menu before you have saved games. I got the original duke nukem gun sprites from spriters resource and most of these sprites are from shadow warrior with duke nukem hands(I edited them myself). Use mouse wheel to change weapons and press F to open doors
