Game description:

Created for the 22nd Ludum Dare Jam by shard123 and qwezc.
Theme: ALONE

You've committed a crime and are serving out the rest of your life in solitary confinement. You know that you deserve this punishment and serve it gladly. The years in here have lost you you're sanity. You've lost your grip on reality and have slipped into a realm of twisted nightmares with only one thought in your mind, ending the insanity once and for all.

Controls:
Use the arrow keys to move and jump. Press and hold X first to draw your gun, then press spacebar to shoot. Use R to reload.

A lot of the artwork was hand drawn and everything except one of the sound effects was made from scratch so that didn't leave us much time for game play. Also, we're pretty inexperienced at making platform games, this is pretty much our first one that's actually bearable to play!

Tips:
Sanity is a pretty hard game so here are a few tips to help you if you get stuck:

*You don't have to hit an enemy with your bullets dead on to kill them...

*Stuck on the platforming segments? Try running and then jumping

*Can't figure out how to beat the boss? Think outside the box a little
