The Winter Solstice Review

Pros: Beautiful graphics, a lot to do, many unlockables

Cons: Game play gets boring very quickly

Look great, gameplay is not very good

This game looks beatiful and the interface is very good. The music sounds good and fits the game, and so do the sound effects. So overall the athmosphere of this game is wonderful.

But the gameplay is pretty boring, and gets repetitive. It also makes your finger hurt after a while, because you have to click so many times.
The concept of shooting gel at lights is not exactly fantastic. A lot of effort has been put in trying to keep the game intresting (the boxes, the different lights,..) but the concept is just so simple and boring that it doesn't help a lot. And as I said before, you just have to stop playing after a while because your fingers hurts.

Overall this game has a great athmosphere, but the gameplay is just not fun.
