Hmm... good idea! I basically took the code for this engine from the Tech Blog article on tile collisions that Mike Dailly wrote (it took a little while to get it to work for negative speeds too, the snippets in the example just work with positive speeds) and made it into an editable so that it'd be possible to use. But yeah, reading the stuff to a 2D array sounds even better! Thanks for the suggestion!

Could go further and store collision 'grid' as a 2-dimensional array. Would probably work even faster than tile_find().

really helpful! can u please do a version with enemies? i cant do enemies to work...
