Sonic R DX Review

Pros: fun levels, a bunch of characters to unlock, nice running animation and tricky challenges.
Cons: didn't seem to be that many two player levels, curtain levels you will have to memorize just to win and a few of the characters you unlock wont be worth it.
Sonic VFDs Opinion of this game
when I first played the game it was pretty hard but after a wile I got used to the game. It went from hard to tricky. of course after winning all the tricky levels you find out that it's worth it especially when you unlock Super Sonic. But even Super Sonic has his downsides. Sure he's one of the fastest characters in the game but he has a lot of friction. And what I mean by friction is going 100 miles a hour' running into a wall then bouncing out of control. Of course when you get used to controlling Super Sonic he is very fun and very fast. also there were not enough two player level, the story line was OK but not a horrible story but not a good one either. Also when your making a game and want a good story line one of the main aspects you need is to add the desire to defeat the main bad guy, and when I played this game the only reason I wanted to defeat Eggman was so I could unlock more things. the graphics were good for a sonic game, the sound and music was great. also I really like the menu it was as if I were playing a professionals game. in all this game is one of the funnest games made with game Maker.
also one more thing I don't suggest impatient people play this game for it is tricky as I said.
