HELP ME LOL!

wow i am confused. i tried the dam tutorials and so far i know how to walk on platforms move left to right and jump. But i still dont know how to shoot. I dont get it. send me mail at fookeyfookeytendolla@hotmail.com to tell me cuz i just dnt get it.
