Indeed, you should add a flag or something which tells the player where to go.
I also didn't get past the level with the 4 blobs and the 3 rotating platforms. Running over the rotating platforms is impossible, you always have to jump, which is tricky when there are enemies all around you :)

You could beat some rooms just as you legs so it was too easy on those parts. Also, on some of the rooms it is hard to know where you are supposed to go. Other than that though very original and good game
