PSYCHO Review

Pros: Graphics, Gameplay - Pretty much everything.
Cons: There's no story, but who cares?
Lasers. Need I say more?
Jwaap's Psycho is a simple, yet crazy-addicting concept - throw a 8 bit stick character into a three-colored, retro-styled universe and pit a never-ending horde of strange floating enemies against him. Your character is armed with a ridiculous, super-chargable laser, your basic physically improbable jump, and the ability to send yourself hurling into any direction you might please at any given moment, breaking a few laws of physics along the way. It's so fun, yet so simple - you'll wonder why no one ever thought of it before.
Graphics are excellent (despite the fact the game only uses three colors - white, red, and black) and the framerate is super smooth. The sound won't knock your socks off, but a fitting theme song and your basic laser charge and zap are all there. (You know what I mean: eeeNEEEWEEERGHbbztZAP!) The controls work great, and the gameplay is so well-made you'll find yourself always sneaking back for more.
In short, Psycho is an excellent game that I would reccomend to anyone who has some time to kill, or is just looking for an original concept with an addicting premise. Great graphics and sound ties the pretty pink ribbon on the package. Don't miss this one.
