      such a shame this is cancelled it a pretty decent game that could be tidied up AI improvements and some more units but even in its current state its a good play.

      Yeah the whole supply center thing was a mistake. I forgot to take out some of the unit creation stuff.

      And yes you can make tanks. You probably didn't have enough money.
