The mysterious figure is Kagetarou, who is unaffiliated with Fate, or any of the members of Cosmo Entelencheia, instead, he is allied with Jack Rakan.
The sword girl is Tsukuyomi, a Shinmeiryu assassin hired by Fate.
Just thought that this might be good advice.

It's looks pretty good but I hope you would have figured out who those two people beside Fate was, one of them already was featured in the manga before that and the other one appears in the tournament as a partner for Rakan. So you might want to show their faces after the battle at the magic gate. Exactly how does the battle system work and are you going to go along with the storyline?

This is a large file for, pretty much no game. You should move this to the incomplete section until you get an actual game going. You don't need to use mp3 files to make a good RPG game, goto vgmusic.com to find a good RPG midi.
I'm glad your working on a RPG game for GM because there isn't too many of those. But I liked parts of the level design, the parts that had lot of graphics. Good menus.
Oh, and don't use an installer for incomplete games, I almost quit it before I even played it.

Negima are you serious? Well there's no gameplay except the menus so how can you compare the two? From what I see the 2d version looks better, of course because you put little detail into the 3d. I would go with 2d because it is a lot easier to program and get the graphics set straight.
