Ways this is similar to Cave Story:

There are multiple endings.
The game is very hard.
The text in the main menu is similar.
The creator's alias has 5 letters
The game is called "Gear World", which composed of two words, one four letters long with 2 vowels and the other five letters long with one vowel.
It looks about the same resolution (even the block placement is similar)
There's also guy just below me who's saying it looks like it.

I have the same problem as 'shaking boot', and I think others could have it, too.
When I started the game the SECOND time when I've already reached a checkpoint (I think the source of this error is something related to the checkpoint), it said the same as below.
You should check the 'Key release' event of 'objCheckPointEasy' and add a bugfix to the game if you find out the reason of this error message.
