This is fairly good, but one question: how can i change colour? clicking dosn't work. Other than that, great job so far!

That's a pretty nice start. I suggest you set the room speed of the main room up so that the pencil is less "dotty".
You should check out my program, Gamemaker 2D Polygon Creator Beta, which is sort of like this. You could take concepts from it, like exporting you drawings into Gamemaker. Check it out.
