Game description:

One man's wall is another man's freedom. DUALITY is a puzzle platform game that explores the ideas of co-operation and unity by making a distinct difference between two playable characters, giving them each their own area in which they may roam, yet neither character can complete the task alone.

DUALITY is quite a simple idea, the player controls two characters, once at a time. The characters are coloured white and black and can only move in areas of the opposite colour. The catch however is that each character can cast a 'field' of their colour, this allows the white character to cast a field and allow the black character to reach previously unreachable locations. Co-operation between the two characters is vital for success.

What is perhaps the most innovative part of DUALITY is it's community based approach. Each time the game is started the latest levels are downloaded. Every player has the ability to create their own levels with ease and submit them to the online database from within the game. What's more is that once your level is accepted into the database it is available for every player to enjoy, right from within their game. No need to use a web browser to download more levels or upload your own, all this is handled by DUALITY.

Not only will your levels be played by everyone but everyone's time will be recorded, so even if you're not creatively inclined, or level creating just isn't your thing you can still benefit from the social aspect of DUALITY. Those with many high scores will be featured on the main screen of the DUALITY menu, allowing users to see your accomplishment and giving you virtual bragging rights.
