difficulty with speed and number of girls but to change the stage layout from time to time (may need to reset/lower other parameters then) so that all the objects in general reflect off the walls in different patterns. After all, I'm sure the game lags when there are too many objects on screen, so doing this will increase replayability while keeping it running smoothly.

Clever idea, works well. Played the extreme version as well which I think is a nice variation. Both games are more arcade-ish though in mechanics, could probably use a little more meat/longevity to it but as a mini-game works very well.
The pointer could stand to be a little larger (especially for extreme version with vision being so small), but since you are not docked points for clicking the wrong person it is fine.
One way you could change things up is not only to increase ...
