Hard Work Really Pays Off

I really enjoyed the game and I know how long you have been working on it.
Everything said in the pros is 100% true. You finished the game pretty well.

However, there are some glitches you must have missed.
When the dog eats the bone he stops to eat it and you hear the howl sound. But the other cats keep on coming, they don't stop.
It's a bit unfair in the gameplay.
Also I think that you shouldn't really gain health for eating cats. You should reset the health when you go to the next level though.
Adding another life when you go to the next level is cool.

I also think that the game shouldn't go on forever on level 3. You should end the game at about 60000 points maybe and then the screen could go "Congratulations, you beat level 3! Another level has been added for the next time you play!" It shouldn't be the same everytime.
You know how in some games when you start or go to the next level, they show you a scene (animation) of what is going on? Maybe you should have like an introduction scene to some levels. Like at the beginning it explains why the dog is eating the cats. Maybe he's dillusional and sees them as dog treats. Or maybe they did something to him that made him go krazy (hence krazy cats). And then this lady, whatever her point is, runs after you eat all her cats and goes to different places you have to chase her to.
