      I found the same Glich as kirbymario1517, as well as another glich with the red ? Button the triggers the explosion, you can't jump onto the yellow note block.

      Glitch I found: On level 1, there are two P switches, correct? Bring the one on the left side of the egg wall to the one on the opposite side. Make sure both of them are close to each other that you can't see one. Jump on them. Coins should stay coins. Bricks will stay bricks. Until effect wears off. THEN they reverse, making the level impossible.
