      The n00bness in these comments is ridiculous. @Millenmar: NO! That is bad! All you have to do is make each model an individual body part and use transformations unless you want your game to be > 5 gb >.> @s08whatevrtehfu-- All you need to do is choose a selection tool and select the part of the model you want to delete, usually I use the free rectangle tool. When you have the vertices/objects you want to delete, hit delete. When making shapes, highlight them and press K to cut them into faces.
