Perpetual Battletank Dodgeball Review

Pros: Very tight AI. Simple but addictive gameplay.
Cons: Only one gametype, no music, bleh menu screen, no catching (see review)
Very well done
This game had fantastic AI. They reacted well to many different strategies that can normally catch AI going stupid.
My only complaint is that there's no catching. I think that would be nice to implement that into the game. Maybe you could have a push-button action, where a flying ball could be caught by pressing a button when it reaches a certain distance. So, maybe you could put a mash around the tank, and every time you press the right-mouse button, it checks for collision. This would discourage chucking it from long distances (which I did alot). And it'd be a nice way of getting players back into the game. It'd be alot more exciting watching your teammates play when you know that you could be pulled back into play.
As for AI catching, you could have each tank check for flying balls near them, and attempt to catch them every 5 seconds or so.
Other than that suggestion, I really liked this game.
