      Um, if It's an update, why not just reupload your updated EXE to the original game. You can do that by going to My Account and selecting Edit Game Files for the game you want to update. Then skip the screenshot upload (if you want to), and select a new game file to upload. The old file will be replaced with the new one, and you will keep all your previous ratings and comments.
