An Additional Challenge begins with the simple idea of adding two numbers together against the clock. But this must be done against a number of opponents through a series of tournaments culminating in the end of season World Championship. Players pick up ranking points along the way over a twenty-year career. In this way the game mimics the life of a professional sports-person, dealing with defeat and victory, and rising to the occasion at those crucial moments, or if not, succumbing to failure.
