      Wow... I haven't seen this game for some years. It was back in 1999 when I was in high school that I was bored in my computer programming class and wrote this exact program ... and also named it ultimate tic tac toe. Some of us still had 56k modems then and I had to create a modem connection module to enable multiplayer. You've done a great job. I would have used D programming or python, but all we had was C++ or QBasic. Old school.

      fixed single player mode, now the opponent will go one second after you. It is less confusing

      the game works it was your opponents turn, you have to click for your opponent to go

      actually you can't control where or when you go sometimes it is my turn I try to place a piece but instead an O comes up where I wanted to go because the game does not work I give it a 1/5.
