Bio_Mechanical: Red Review

Pros: Graphics are stylish and detailed, solid gameplay
Cons: Confusing concepts, slow movement, story not fleshed out
Confusing but satisfying!
I have much to say about a good project for this is not bad.
I liked the game it really has some potential but actually not bad it has a good story and gameplay to back it (I suppose) The game takes place in area 51 or somewhere around it. And it has you and possibly another player fighting off boss after boss like fights with your ship. It was fun for the moment and has online scoring for those who are competitive. I felt the gameplay was enough to keep you looking for more.
The game's main focus is however very blurry. It's unclear whether there are aliens or just a bunch of similar looking boss like fights. You could probably get maybe the game was made to challenge you and does so by making you power-up you next boss battle by (get this) powering up the next boss instead of you. This happens after every fight and its just confusing what was the point of making the next boss harder? This I can't really say is a creative choice because you either power them up or lose points...no.
The game had one huge flaw though it really made absolutely no attempt to try and flesh out the story at all. This is important to try especially when Area 51 is involved. I wanted a really epic story but really didn't get one past the help file though. Other things rear their head but are mostly small. The movement on the bot (is it?) is slow and kind of stiff. It sometimes is a hassle to move around and maneuver around the flurry of bullets. I also noted that there is no reload or recharge feature so when you are out of something you luck of finding a recharge boost is slim.
In short this game has a graphical charm but really doesn't do much to distinguish itself from many other shooters out there, however the huge fights are enough to keep you wanting to see what's next.
