Mailure Review

Pros: Graphics, interactions, controls were indicated at the bottom, interesting gameplay and story.
Cons: One level with one ladder only, unbalanced difficulty curve, no special challenge (it was just a race against time)
Nice but could have been better
Nice game, nice graphics and sounds. Music was repetitive. The gameplay was a bit interesting but the difficulty curve was disturbed. Making the difficulty increase with the increase in score would have been better. For increasing the difficulty, either increase the number of postmen or their speed or maybe both!
The 'make dogs chase the postman' part was not so good. Every time you get in trouble, just press the z key, makes the game less challenging.
The controls were indicated at the bottom, which was a good step. But there was only one ladder. It would have been better if it had two ladders, so the player can catch the postman from left as well as right.
More than one level would have been interesting. Maybe, like the teachers sends letters every day so every different day is a different level (with a different scenario). Or, instead of levels, send waves of postmen just like in shooter and tower defense games.
Keep reading pages just to know how to play a game is very annoying. Instead of making the player read pages, just (visually) show him/her few steps in the game how it is played.
(Pst... 'right' was misspelled as 'write' in the 'How to play?' letter...)
This game is good but could have been better. 4/5
PS: It seems like I have written a bunch of advices rather than a review

I could not edit my review due to an error so I am adding a point I missed in the comment...
The power-up thing in this game was well implemented, it was fun to hit the kids and take their stuff from them. Moreover, they appear more frequent, helping the player and making the game easier for him/her.
