Excellent. I've been trying to make this lots of time, and never understood that the key was that "movement_add", which gave the car the capability to steer progressively instead of moving as if it was on a track. If I can make a suggestion, I would delete the variable "global.face", as it has ever got the same value as "obj_car.image_angle".

Thank you two! Now that I'm playing with GM7 again, I could make a more "complete" version, such as a racetrack in which you have to catch more cars in different corners... probably it'll be ready for September

Didn't like the the sound and the way the car moves. But the interface, with the little map, the signals, and the policeman which detects in "real-time" if you're making any fault must have taken a lot of effort and everyone who tried to program in GM can imagine how many time you spent on this. The idea is original and the most (coding) seems to have been completed, so, if you only improve the quality of the handling and the graphics this can become a lot better. Nevertheless, a nice game
