If the Wavefront obj is to complex or not correct (and that happens unfortunally quit often!) 3d Animator can't load it.
Due to the autocrash function 3d Animator keeps loading the last file. You have to delete _$lastchange.tmp file in the 3d Animator map.
Could you send me your Wavefront obj, so I can have a look and go at it?
