"Too much story" Never heard anyone say that about a game before. "No music" Um... "Can't jump and shoot" Probably the only point I agree with; it's mildly annoying, but it's easy to get used to. "Doesn't teach you the controls properly" Define "properly." It's as 'proper' as it can be from where I'm sitting. "Can't skip story." Well, yes, you can. The first dialogue box you see tells you to press the down arrow to progress through text, and the escape key to skip dialogue or cutscenes.

So I first played this game quite a ways back... almost a year and a half now, methinks. It still lasts several days when I pick it up agian. Finally got the Null Driver yesterday. I was disappointed when it shot my time on the level I used it on to 1 hour, but it's basically cheating, so I can't complain ^_^ And I laughed quite hard when it turned a Tasen Soldier into a computer console, which dropped a banana bomb upon usage, and I was blown to smithereens.

6973 points my first go. A great improvement on Shoot 2008, and I like the way the powerups worked in this game, minus the lack of health pickups. While it's not quite the style of shooter-type games I like, it's still a great game and certainly the top of its genre.
