    Hey mate,
    I had an example out once for pre-loading bars. What you need to do is set automatic screen redrawing to false, so that you can redraw the screen multiple times in one step.

I just can't stand that high smiley face staring at me and smiling it's mouth out. It's just creepy. Although I feel very bad for the author, he must be in a really depressed state right now.
