Not bad. I made a minecraft clone once, and figured out a way to have randomly generated terrain(that looks neat). Maybe I could show you my method, but it looks like you got this game covered.

It's a good concept, and not bad game-play either, but it could really use some polishing. Thus why it's a demo. You should probably make it so when you throw your flag (or whatever that thing is) it should reappear in the guys hand if it leaves the screen, incase he drops it in a bottomless pit or something.
