If he is 12, then lay off him, okay. Let him think he is a game company and thats okay. I call my self a free indie game development grou, but thats probably warranted because I've got about 5 people in my group. Did u know that 2-D boy only has about 5 people in it. They made a professional game, World Of Goo, and I must say it was one of the most addictive games I'v ever played. So maybe Mario64Man should reword his discription, but dont be to hard on him.
