You mean that's supposed to happen? And here I thought it was a bug! Note to others, when the boss starts climbing the trees, get creative... Think of the item.

Apparently if you hold down control while the boss is rolling around, he'll decide to climb trees... Which makes it impossible to beat him.

Yeah... I got stuck with the first boss. Or rather, the first boss got stuck on a tree because it decided to start climbing trees for some reason... It got stuck in the roll position, and I couldn't make him break out of it, so I ran into him until I died.
