When I switched to the 3d one, then to the second one and moved the hand around, and then it bugged in the first example. You might want to reduce how fast your mouselook code goes, because it's really annoying that when you move your mouse a little that it goes away alot further.

When you jump on the sloped floors the collision checking doesn't work wonders. And I laughed at how strechted the demon was... :P I hate it how nobody actually gives credit to id Software for ripping their sprites... But if you want all of them, use eXtendable Wad Editor on a .wad file to get all the sprites from Doom 2 / Hexen / Heretic / Strife...
