Thank mate this is really cool, BUT it is a bit slow with objects, I will have to figure out how to convert this to surfaces. Since when room starts, you see the room, then only is it drawn and what I want is that room starts already with shadow over it. Should work fine in smaller rooms, I also used a loop to create the obj_dark_fog objects automatically according to room_height.

Oh just note I spent a week on this so it is concept only and one room only now, would like to get your feedback first on what direction i should take with it. Either RPG / Crafting or adventure collecting eggs or pet nurturing game? where should the focus be what would be fun to play and develop. Note use <SPACE> but for any action close to objects, after you select action associated with space at bottom menu. There is multiple shortcut keys and mouse selection on buttons, move with keys
