@Canscaw28: As soon as a designer or programmer creates a piece of work and they state that it is copyrighted, it is immediately copyrighted. Simple hey? Well it is. However it isn't at good as getting a patent. Copyright protects you from others copying direct code or images from a game. What it doesn't do however is prevent others from creating 'copy-cat' games. Mind you must be able to prove that you are the original creator should you ever claim on copyright.

Thanks toadfrogs, I was planning to, currently up to the 3rd level in the second world. However uni commitments have taken priority over the game and i'm not totally sure I'm going to complete this project. I've got the execution all wrong and I don't think it's worthy of spending so much time on. Who knows though, maybe one day I'll have nothing to do and decide to sweep the dust off this project.
