Just to clarify to everyone, although yes, Nitrome's game did have the same concept, many other games have had this concept, and it isn't only this game.

Nitrome's reply: "It is like Death Worm but then Death Worm isn’t really original either….there have been lots of eating worm based games in the past. There have been many Sand Worm based games ever since the Tremmors and Dune Movies so it’s like saying if one person makes a zombie based game that nobody else can?"
