I'm glad you thought the music was good and atmospheric. It's scary how I find this game on the "what's hot" section of the front page, when yesterday I dug up the music and thought, "Hey, it'd be cool if I were to redo this music if Cesque wanted to work on Astatine again." I listened to the songs again and now I feel like I could've done better. But I'm glad you still liked it.

The instructions are there. The controls and all the features are explained in the instruction screen. Also, I should probably hurry up and roll out version 1.1, I've fixed every bug that I know about.
