Puzzle games aren't the ideal game for everyone. Some people like them for half an hour, other people have played the games for months at a time. People's taste differs. Bacteria 1 can be downloaded from: http://games.simondonkers.com/bacteria_1 Bacteria 1 is the normal mode of Bacteria 2 without the rest and without the pretty graphics. I get paid for certain activities. I regularly give courses in Game Maker for which I get paid. I have created commercial games for which I have been paid. Unfortunately my NDA limits me from talking about those.

This game was created in our spare time in about 3 weeks time with a big crunch period at the end. Do note the very large group of collaborators though.
