Not that bad, but too simple. Not easy, simple. I think you can greatly improve it by adding sounds, bonus, and high score table. You could, for example, draw a menu (as it seems that you have made the graphics of the game) add a bonus that freeze the egman's head for some time, add rings or chaos emeralds ... And please, please, do NOT ever let the head to be created every time we destroy one ! This is endless !
